This fully remote position (in designated states) supports the sales team in exceeding booking objectives by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions for PTs, OTs, and SLPs. You will create customized demos, provide technical sales support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires clinical experience and expertise in EMR/PM products, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, MPT/DPT, OTD, or MS/SLP, or relevant work experience as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience and hands-on knowledge of clinical workflows and therapy-specific applications
- Excellent communication skills required—listening, verbal, in-person, and remote
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clinical professionals and stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of EHR, PM, HEP, and other healthcare clinical applications
- Robust understanding of the outpatient therapy industry and clinical practice operations
- General computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), and Salesforce.com
- Travel up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Create customized product and service demos for potential clinical customers in conjunction with Account Executives and Account Managers
- Provide technical sales support for EMR & PM products and services related to clinical workflows and patient management
- Participate in internal meetings with Product Management, Project Management, Support, Marketing, Sales, and Development to maintain advanced knowledge of current and upcoming releases related to clinical features and services
- Strategically support internal resources to provide optimal coverage and a competitive advantage, driving incremental opportunities and acquiring new clinical customers
- Develop deep knowledge of customer requirements and pain points during the sales process, focusing on clinical operations and patient outcomes
- Assist with training and continued education for both direct and channel sales organizations related to clinical workflow and software functionalities
- Support RFP responses when applicable to clinical solutions
- Enhance and develop product-specific discovery and value proposition material/content for clinical use cases
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical experience within physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology
