Summary

The role of Solutions Engineer at StackBlitz involves acting as a technical resource, bridging the gap between the Sales team and prospective clients. The candidate will provide pre-sales technical expertise, customer success support, implementation assistance, product demos, cross-functional collaboration, and technical evangelism. They should have experience writing HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, and working with frontend frameworks, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • Experience writing HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js and working with frontend frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential & current clients
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment. Flexibility, desire to pitch in wherever possible and ability to pivot is important for success

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical product expert on sales calls with enterprise prospects
  • Customer Success: Conduct regular check-ins with existing enterprise customers to ensure they are maximizing the value from our products and assist with any technical challenges they may encounter
  • Implementation Support: Provide hands-on support for recently closed enterprise customers during their initial setup and deployment phases to ensure smooth and successful adoption of our solutions
  • Product Demos & Innovations: Stay up to date with the latest product innovations and develop compelling demos that showcase the value of our tools to potential customers
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Engineering teams to share insights from customer interactions, influencing product roadmap and marketing strategies
  • Technical Evangelism: Represent StackBlitz at conferences, workshops, livestreams and customer meetings, advocating for our platform and helping to build a community of passionate users

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in customer facing role with sales and as a liaison between Engineering, Sales & Marketing
  • Experience working at a Frontend Developer Tooling Company
  • Familiarity with design systems, and AI technologies
  • Proven experience as a customer facing Sales/Solutions Engineer/Architect or similar role in SaaS industry
