Summary

Join Teramind's team of innovators as a Sales Engineer, playing a key role in driving success with new and existing customers. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software
  • Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with Docker and PostgreSQL
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Teramindโ€™s products and develop a thorough understanding of our product technology by troubleshooting, reproducing issues, determining the root cause for customer-reported challenges and building tools for faster diagnosis and future problem resolution
  • Collaborate with the Teramind team to provide technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations
  • Create and communicate system design and integration strategies. Assist with proper deployment of solutions in customer environments
  • Design, manage, and deliver high-quality technical proofs of value (POVs) for prospective customers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams
  • Proactively engage with customers and Teramind internal teams regarding product feedback, roadmap requests, and the competitive landscape
  • Maintain accurate notes/feedback/updates in CRM (HubSpot) regarding customer input, status updates, next steps, etc
  • Articulate both the technical advantages and the value proposition of Teramindโ€™s solutions
  • Participate in proposal reviews and coordinate with various internal teams to ensure all business unit goals are addressed in our proposals
