Summary

The job involves discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining customer satisfaction, staying current with trends and competitors, and performing other duties as assigned. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and five years' experience in a similar position are required. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach
• Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle
• Negotiate contracts with prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Assist in onboarding new prospects
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
• Build and maintain professional networks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Real estate license preferred but not required
