Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent applicable experience
  • 1+ years experience in a full cycle Sales role
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication, telephone, and time management skills
  • Highly energetic self-starter
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Able to multi-task among shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Sell Axonโ€™s full suite of products (hardware, software, and service solutions) to new and existing law enforcement customers via telesales and onsite client visits
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan by outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Provide effective product demos for end-user customers via phone and web conferencing
  • Promote Axonโ€™s ecosystems of hardware, software, and service solutions
  • Attend trainings to develop industry expertise
  • Travel to client sites and conferences and Roadshows may be required
