Summary

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in selling marketing services, IT services, or tech/marketing products
  • Have native-like English proficiency (C1-C2)
  • Have experience selling to the US and European markets
  • Have a proven track record of hitting (or smashing) KPIs and revenue goals
  • Be outgoing, great at building rapport, and comfortable engaging with people from all backgrounds
  • Have strong verbal and written skills
  • Have superior time management and attention to detail
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Be self-motivated and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Run demo calls with qualified prospects (both inbound and outbound) and turn interest into action
  • Keep your sales pipeline flowing with fresh opportunities
  • Hit (and smash) monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep our CRM updated
  • Reconnect with past customers and spot cross-sell opportunities
  • Team up with other sales pros to maximize impact
  • Jump on leads from different departments and make things happen
  • Solve customer queries like a pro
  • Scout for potential clientsβ€”research is your best friend
  • Own the lead generation game with follow-ups and cold calls
  • Create meaningful connections that lead to long-term partnerships
