Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in complex sales within relevant software solutions, specifically in the fashion retail apparel sector
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding annual quotas
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging executive-level audiences
  • Strong new account development skills and experience
  • Ability to cultivate multi-level relationships of confidence and trust with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment
  • Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions that result in contracts exceeding โ‚ฌ1,000,000
  • Experience with value-based or solution selling methodologies
  • Fluent in both German and English

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of revenue generation within the assigned territory and maintain strong executive relationships within the retail, fashion, and apparel sectors
  • Conduct in-depth sales presentations of the Centric PLM Solution suite, tailored to the fashion retail apparel market
  • Drive complex sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting qualified leads where Centricโ€™s PLM Solution suite can provide value
  • Analyze customer business requirements to develop effective sales strategies and propose tailored Product Lifecyle Management solutions
  • Produce detailed written proposals and quotations
  • Prepare comprehensive business response documentation for RFI/RFP/RFQ requests
  • Analyze customer requirements and design solutions for complex business needs
  • Collaborate with a technical team to ensure a clear understanding of customer technology requirements; provide sales leadership to Proposal and Project teams, aiming to win and deliver large-scale, complex solutions
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals
  • Develop and manage a business plan for the assigned territory
  • Participate in regional and national trade shows, exhibits, and conferences
