Summary
Join Chronos Agency as a Sales Executive and drive revenue growth by closing consultative sales, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships. You will manage sales-related administrative duties, accurately represent company products and services, efficiently collect payments, and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with operations/fulfillment teams to ensure smooth client handovers and resolve client grievances. Maintain profitability through relationship management and client retention, and onboard new prospects. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant sales role, ideally within a digital marketing agency, and strong sales and customer service skills. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in SEA.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role
- Background in digital marketing agencies or a similar industry, ideally aligning with Chronos Agency
- Proven experience in managing and engaging with US / AU / EU clients
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a track record of achieving targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales software
- Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques
- Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations
Responsibilities
- Manage and work on sales related administrative duties & documentation SOPs as and when required
- Accurately represent and develop thorough knowledge about the company’s products and services rendered and fulfillment scopes
- Efficiently and tightly collect payment of follow up cases and review appointments
- Provide excellent customer service support to clients
- Work cross functionally with operations/fulfillment teams and ensure smooth handover experience for clients
- Provide resolutions to client’s grievances and post-sales commercials issues when necessary
- Sustain company’s profitability through excellent relationship management and renewal of retainer clients
- Maximum customer retention through ascending or descending (up or down) company’s product or services
- To increase company’s profitability through onboarding prospects to clients
