Requirements

  • Experience (3–5 years) in complex sales of SaaS solutions in the healthcare sector
  • Strong target orientation and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market and its regulations
  • Excellent relational and communication skills
  • Availability for frequent business trips in the assigned area (Northern Italy)
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B1+)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, prequalification, demo, commercial proposal and closing
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and prospects
  • Continuous collaboration with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Use of CRM to monitor pipeline and performance

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of systems such as CRM, ERP, HIS, BI
