Join iLawyer Marketing, a leading digital marketing agency for law firms, as a Sales Executive. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a proven track record in sales, particularly within the legal or digital marketing sectors. You will work independently and collaboratively, exceeding sales targets and contributing to the team's success. The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a remote-first work environment. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening client partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or a related field
- Experience communicating with and selling services to attorneys and law firms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement technologies
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering value to clients and helping businesses grow
- Ability to travel domestically
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a consultative and client-focused approach
- Present and demonstrate our agency services to prospective clients (attorneys and law firms), emphasizing how our solutions align with their business goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including deal stages, activities, and client communications
- Establish trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering value and exceptional service
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on iLawyerMarketing's offerings and the industry we serve
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and messaging
- Partner with account managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client onboarding experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Sales, Account Management and/or Business Development within a high-volume, fast-paced digital marketing agency setting preferred
