Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a similar sales role
- Based in Antalya, Turkey
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Turkish
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
- Knowledge of software solutions and the ability to assess client needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients (Hotels) to build a strong sales pipeline
- Generate 50-60 warm leads per month through cold calls and meetings (door-to-door, online, etc.)
- Conduct at least 20-25 meetings per month with clients, including product presentations
- Close deals and sign contracts with hotels
- Track and report lead generation and outreach activities using CRM (Bitrix)
- Represent Exely at industry events for hoteliers
- Travel for business meetings around Antalya region
- Manage and maintain long-term, strong relationships with existing clients
