You will be the first point of contact for prospective Pepperstone clients in the Middle East, engaging with them via phone and email to convert leads into valued trading clients. You will provide custom solutions, promote our brand, and deliver exceptional value. Key responsibilities include lead nurturing, client guidance on funding, addressing trade inquiries, relationship building, and collaborating with internal departments. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, outstanding customer service and sales expertise, and a solid grasp of financial markets. Responsibilities
- Skillfully nurture and manage leads
- Transform leads into valued trading clients
- Provide guidance to clients regarding funding options
- Address trade-related inquiries from clients
- Build and sustain strong relationships with our current clients
- Support your teammates in any capacity needed
- Consistently uphold compliance standards
- Work closely with other essential internal departments, especially operations back office and support
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience whenever possible
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in sales
- Experience in trading or a keen interest in learning trading strategies
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and Trading View software
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
