Sales Executive

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience related to Account Acquisition, Account Management, and B2C
• Background in forex sales, financial services, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of FX markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Promote and sell forex trading products and services to retail and/or institutional clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the trading and research teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global financial markets and currency trends
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Existing client portfolio in the FX or financial services industry
• Certifications such as CFA, CMT, or relevant regulatory licenses
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
