Summary

Join Real Life Sciences (RLS), a leader in clinical data redaction and anonymization, as a Sales Executive! This remote, U.S.-based position focuses on identifying and closing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers and CROs in North America. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and lead sales cycles. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience selling SaaS or services in the life sciences regulatory space and a deep understanding of clinical trial data transparency. Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in SaaS and services within the life sciences industry
  • Proven track record selling into regulatory, clinical operations, biostatistics, disclosure, or medical writing teams
  • Strong awareness of regulatory compliance requirements related to clinical data privacy and disclosure, including but not limited to: Health Canada Public Release of Clinical Information (PRCI)
  • EMA Policy 0070
  • EU Clinical Trials Regulation (CTR)
  • Voluntary data sharing practices within industry and data-sharing platforms
  • Ability to confidently communicate and represent the impact of these policies on biopharma operations, technology needs, and compliance strategy
  • Deep understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and data transparency obligations
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex buying cycles
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Located in the United States with the ability to travel occasionally to industry events or client sites

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow business within biopharma and CRO accounts
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in regulatory, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, biostatistics, data transparency, and medical writing
  • Apply a consultative approach to correlate prospect and customer business issues to RLS’ differentiated software and services capabilities
  • Lead sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation and close
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and coordinate technical deep dives with internal subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on targeted campaigns and thought leadership
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data anonymization, redaction, or privacy business issues and solutions
  • Experience working with biopharma companies ranging from small biotech to global pharma
