Join Centric Software as a Sales Executive in the Food & Beverage industry! This remote position, based in the US or Canada, focuses on managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will need to meet revenue targets, develop territory business plans, and represent Centric at industry events. Requirements
- 4-6 years of proven success selling PLM and/or related Enterprise Application software (MRP, ERP, CRM, SCM)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeded annual quotas
- Excellent presentation skills at executive level with small or large audiences
- Proven new account development skills and experience
- Confident and multi-level communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience preparing presentation materials and RFI/RFP responses
- Ability to develop multi-level relationships of confidence and trust with customers and cross-functional colleagues
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment
- Proven experience selling software solutions that result in contracts in excess of $200,000
- Experience with value-based selling or solution selling
Responsibilities
- Own revenue generation and strategic growth within the assigned territory, while building and strengthening executive-level relationships
- Initiate and drive pipeline creation through proactive outreach, account planning, and lead generation strategies
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, qualify business needs, and map customer requirements to Centricβs PLM solution suite
- Position Centric Software as the trusted partner of choice by building strong, value-driven relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations tailored to customer challenges, highlighting ROI and business impact
- Lead complex solution sales cycles from initial contact through to deal closure
- Prepare and respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ documentation with clear, customized business responses
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and ensure successful proposal development and solution delivery
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and contribute to broader team goals
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with company strategy
- Represent Centric at regional and national trade shows, exhibits, and industry conferences to drive awareness and engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or domain knowledge in the Food & Beverage industry is a strong plus
