Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in a B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or a related industry
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Proactive and Resilient: Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, outreach tools, and digital communication platforms
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to deeply understand client needs and position our offerings as the perfect solution
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Research and engage with potential customers, ensuring they align with our mission and offerings
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong, trusted relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points, goals, and needs to offer tailored solutions using Decile’s platform and services
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain a structured approach to your pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting in CRM systems
  • Conduct Product Demos: Showcase the Decile Hub platform and its unique value proposition to potential customers
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and provide feedback on customer needs. Share insights with leadership to shape product development and strategy
  • Hit and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the curve
