As a PROSPECTING PLANNING INTERNSHIP intern at Skillsoft, you will assist each member of the sales team in their prospecting efforts and opening new accounts. You will perform an in-depth analysis of each industry sector to determine its news, strategic challenges, initiatives, and training needs, and identify its main economic players. Then, at the level of each account, you will perform the same research work to identify the relevant contacts for our business. Finally, in connection with the concerned salesperson and our telemarketing unit, you will build a prospecting strategy to get in touch with them, develop an appropriate message, and prepare an initial commercial approach.
Requirements
- Flawless written French, and a proficient level of English
- A curriculum in business school, economics, and/or data analysis
Responsibilities
- Assist each member of the sales team in their prospecting efforts and opening new accounts
- Perform an in-depth analysis of each industry sector to determine its news, strategic challenges, initiatives, and training needs, and identify its main economic players
- At the level of each account, perform the same research work to identify the relevant contacts for our business
- Build a prospecting strategy to get in touch with them, develop an appropriate message, and prepare an initial commercial approach
- Improve our sales tools (presentations, sales arguments, pitches, etc.)
- Construct dashboards to help us steer our activity
