Summary

Join Inductive Automation as a Sales Leads Specialist I and contribute to the company's growth by qualifying and classifying sales leads. You will advance leads through the sales cycle, connecting them with Account Executives. This role involves direct communication with prospective customers, promoting lead conversion, and maintaining data integrity in the CRM. The responsibilities are dynamic and may change as needed. Requirements

  • HS Diploma, Bachelorโ€™s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone, email and face to face
  • Experience with Relationship Management (CRM) software i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, FreshSales, etc
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word/Excel and email platforms i.e. Gmail
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and juggle projects for multiple team members, while staying focused and completing goals by their deadlines
  • Positive outlook with strong professional etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Researches, screens, and validates sales leads
  • Utilizes direct and indirect outreach resources to develop a pipeline of quality sales leads and opportunities
  • Contacts target leads to assess and understand needs, gather and verify information, and gauge sales opportunities
  • Updates and maintains Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure information is organized, accurate, and accessible for future needs
  • Documents customer conversations, feedback, and other pertinent information to drive and support the sales process
  • Demonstrates the ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • Increases outreach and develops leads to support qualification, classification and assignment of accounts
