Requirements
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing teams focused on upsell, cross-sell, or account management
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and train ADRs to ensure top performance
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor team KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align on revenue growth initiatives
- Ensure ADRs build strong customer relationships to uncover business needs
- Oversee customer account planning and pipeline management
- Provide guidance on complex sales situations and customer negotiations
- Optimize sales processes and ensure CRM and sales tools are used effectively
- Analyze performance data and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape
- Act as a feedback conduit between customers and internal teams to drive product improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
