Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing teams focused on upsell, cross-sell, or account management
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and train ADRs to ensure top performance
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor team KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align on revenue growth initiatives
  • Ensure ADRs build strong customer relationships to uncover business needs
  • Oversee customer account planning and pipeline management
  • Provide guidance on complex sales situations and customer negotiations
  • Optimize sales processes and ensure CRM and sales tools are used effectively
  • Analyze performance data and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape
  • Act as a feedback conduit between customers and internal teams to drive product improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
