Summary

Join DuploCloud's rapidly expanding sales team as a Sales Manager, leading and developing a team of 6-8 Account Executives. You will drive technical sales in the cloud infrastructure space, adopting a player-coach approach. This role demands understanding of cloud infrastructure partnerships (AWS, GCP) and DevOps platform solutions. Responsibilities include cultivating a results-driven culture, working with cloud partners, coaching AEs, articulating expectations, designing processes, mentoring teams, analyzing sales metrics, and actively participating in strategic sales cycles. A proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, selling B2B solutions, and experience with cloud infrastructure partners are essential. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales teams in SaaS or technology sales environments
  • Proven track record selling B2B technology solutions to technical buyers and C-level executives
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure partners (AWS, GCP) and understanding of DevOps and platform solutions
  • Consistent achievement of quota and strategic objectives in technology sales environments
  • Success selling products in emerging or rapidly evolving technology categories where market education is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 6-8 Account Executives
  • Drive technical sales in the cloud infrastructure space
  • Adopt a "player coach" approach, combining strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in sales cycles
  • Cultivate a results-driven culture that prioritizes success and consistently surpasses revenue and productivity goals
  • Work with major cloud infrastructure partners (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) to drive joint sales opportunities and leverage partner relationships for revenue growth
  • Coach Account Executives on effective prospecting techniques, lead qualification, and pipeline creation to ensure consistent deal flow and revenue predictability
  • Articulate and implement clear expectations for revenue-focused activities while collaborating with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts and in-market events
  • Design and establish repeatable processes and structure for the Commercial Sales team that align with strategic growth objectives
  • Mentor teams on sales strategies, pipeline management, opportunity handling, and career planning to drive individual and team performance
  • Proactively analyze sales metrics, forecasts, call volumes, and individual pipelines to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as a hands-on leader who actively participates in strategic sales cycles, bringing in senior leadership and strategic support for significant deals

Preferred Qualifications

Post-secondary degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
