Requirements

  • 2+ years experience leading a quota carrying SMB team with an average ACV of $15,000
  • A track record of leading a team of sellers to quota attainment consistently
  • A track record of quickly and successfully ramping new-to-sales Account Executive talent

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the VP Sales to build a best-in-class SMB playbook that results in +80% team quota attainment month over month, quarter over quarter, annually
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners in Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Sales
  • You are uniquely skilled at making Sales feel delightful to prospective customers
  • You understand that an inclusive and engaging culture is the foundation for exceptional business outcomes and prioritize accordingly
  • You lead by example and get in the trenches when necessary. You pick up the phone when necessary, you craft emails when necessary, you help where and when help is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology or SaaS sales, ideally in Fundraising Technology
  • Knowledge of SMB market dynamics
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools
  • Experience with remote team management
