Summary

Join Lodgify, a fast-growing vacation rental software company, as a Sales Manager leading a team of 6 across Europe and the USA. You will dedicate 70% of your time to coaching, including call shadowing and feedback sessions, while also overseeing the sales cycle and pipeline management. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales team management experience, exceeding targets in high-volume sales, and strong sales coaching expertise. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years managing a sales team, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in high-volume, transactional sales
  • Strong expertise in sales coaching, training, and performance management. Ability to motivate and lead teams to success
  • Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English
  • A quick learner who can quickly master our technical products and adapt to changes in the industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a multilingual team of 6 (outbound calls to customers)
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including pipeline management and outbound follow-ups. Ensure each agent is equipped to convert qualified leads into customers
  • Conduct meetings to review performance metrics and strategize on improvements. Provide ongoing support to the team to ensure continuous growth and high performance
  • Become an expert in our suite of products, including dynamic pricing, insurance offerings, and the upcoming smart locks product. Assist in launching new products and driving their success across Europe

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in additional European languages (French, German) is a plus
  • Experience in managing sales teams in short sales cycle environments
  • A background in SaaS or travel tech is desirable but not essential
