Requirements

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow sales (Professional Services, MSP, Staffing, and License Sales) is mandatory
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules and applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience working with the Commercial/Mid-Market segment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow sales

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for ServiceNow implementation and licensing services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts within the Commercial/Mid-Market space
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing, to develop compelling proposals and presentations
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
  • Build long-term strategic relationships and indirect sales channels to expand market reach
  • Focus on Jade’s industry-aligned ServiceNow offerings, particularly in the Commercial/Mid-Market space
  • Drive pipeline growth for ServiceNow implementation and licensing services
