Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive, including at least 2 years in an Account Executive role management role within a SaaS company
- Mindset: A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to overcome challenges and inspire your team to do the same
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- MEDDPICC Expertise: Deep understanding and application of the MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Innovative Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying and developing new initiatives that contribute to team success and business growth
- SaaS Solutions: Expertise in positioning and selling technology-driven SaaS products that drive business transformation
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- English, German or Dutch native speaker
- Reliable, accurate and independent working style, attention to detail
- Cross-cultural awareness
- Experience in leading a team in a remote environment
- Experience in a “land-and-expand” sales model
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Gong, Digital Sales Rooms
Responsibilities
- Empower High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of excellence by managing, inspiring, and motivating a team of top-tier sales representatives to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Strategic Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Sales Director EMEA to craft and execute strategic initiatives that propel growth and market penetration
- Elevate Customer Engagements: Support Account Executives in their customer interactions, providing guidance and insight to maximize value delivery and build lasting customer relationships
- Build a Thriving Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment that fosters strong relationships, shared success, and alignment with the broader Storyblok ecosystem
- Lead with Precision: Facilitate impactful weekly forecast and deal review meetings, driving clarity and focus on priorities that accelerate pipeline progression
- Drive Pipeline Success: Champion initiatives that generate and progress opportunities, fueling Storyblok’s sustained growth trajectory
- Develop Sales Excellence: Coach and mentor Account Executives in crafting winning strategies, ensuring Storyblok’s value proposition resonates with prospects and highlights clear ROI
- Pioneer Innovative Growth Initiatives: Design and implement forward-thinking sales strategies that inspire growth, optimize processes, and elevate team performance
- Ensure Accuracy and Insight: Deliver precise revenue forecasts and insightful reporting to support informed decision-making and organizational success
- Be Present and Engaged: Represent the sales team in customer meetings, trade shows, team events, and strategic discussions, ensuring alignment and advocacy for the team’s vision and objectives
