Summary

Join Uplift as a dynamic Sales Manager - Dach for a growing agrochemical company specializing in crop protection and plant nutrition products. Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and market penetration. Remote position based in any of the Dach countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Requirements

• Established network across all distribution levels within the agricultural or biotechnology industry, focusing on AG input products, preferably Biostimulants, Biopesticides, and Specialty Fertilizers
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets, preferably in the agricultural or biotechnology sector
• Proven experience negotiating complex agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies that align with organizational goals
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenges and make informed decisions under pressure
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• +10 years' Experience in agricultural or biological sales
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Agriculture, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a dynamic sales strategy tailored to the Agriculture Division
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Dach region
• Achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and market penetration
