Sales Manager

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL), a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce, as a Sales Program Manager. You will lead and mentor a team of Loan Sales Specialists, ensuring they meet sales goals and performance expectations. This role requires strong leadership, sales strategy, and performance management skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, implementing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and providing regular updates to senior management. This is a remote Contract/Consultant position with a USD salary and PTO available.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English , with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in U.S. mortgage sales (5+ years)
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a sales environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Must be able to travel to the U.S. as needed
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members
• You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Loan Sales Specialists to meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Ensure team members meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the Business Management Supervisor and Sales Manager to implement and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and oversee day-to-day sales activities
• Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales activity and market trends
• Act as the primary point of contact for the team of Loan Sales Executives
