Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 2-4 years B2B sales, preferably in SaaS/hospitality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
- UAE driver's license is a MUST
Responsibilities
- Find and Connect: Identify potential clients through in-person, phone, and email outreach, introducing our software
- Demonstrate and Close: Conduct software demos, provide quotes, and address objections to successfully close deals
- Manage Pipeline: Nurture existing leads and seek new prospects, guiding them towards a purchase decision
- Understand Customer Needs: Use deep product knowledge to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for mutual success
- Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets through effective sales strategies
