Requirements
- A proven track record of success as a sales manager, with experience coaching reps on prospecting and complex solution selling

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of specialized sellers who combine strong sales skills with deep product expertise
- Drive team performance through targeted coaching on prospecting, territory planning, and technical solution selling
- Partner with Growth Specialist leadership to ensure effective territory coverage and team alignment
- Create and maintain a data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Support cross-functional collaboration with PreSales, Sales, and Product teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Build and test scalable playbooks for install base selling that can be replicated across the broader organization
- Attract, recruit, and retain diverse top talent while creating a psychologically safe environment for your team
- Champion and maintain HubSpot's culture of transparency, focused improvement, and HEART values
- Lead through change while maintaining high performance standards and team morale
