Requirements

  • Be a graduate of university careers such as Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields
  • Advanced English (Exclusive)
  • 8 years of experience, leading teams, projects and with commercial negotiation capacity
  • Handling of office package, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint (dynamic tables, advanced formulas, graphing)
  • Team leadership

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate commercial conditions for hotel distribution in the Centro zone (cities, mainly Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey, as well as Pueblo Mágico towns: San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Tepoztlán, Tequila, Chapala, etc.)
  • Manage commercial relationships with hotels and chains in the Centro zone
  • Create strategies to improve the management of the Centro zone: inventory collection, improvement of commercial conditions, improvement of media plans for destination development, among others
  • Coach and mentor a team of 2 people who manage the Centro market
