Summary

Join Nagarro's growing sales operations team as a Sales Operations Specialist, contributing to the success of a leading SAP IT full-service provider. This role can be based at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany. You will collaborate with salespeople, consultants, and internal service providers, actively participating in task design and supporting the sales team's daily operations. Responsibilities include supporting tender participation, internal projects, contract drafting, presentation creation, and document management. The ideal candidate possesses strong MS Office skills, excellent German and good English communication skills, and ideally, experience in a sales-related environment. Requirements

• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Fluent written and spoken German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
• Communicative, flexible and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with salespeople, consultants and internal service providers in a growing sales operations team
• Actively participate in the design of tasks
• Support the sales team in day-to-day business
• Participation in tenders
• Participation in (sales-related) internal projects
• Supporting the drafting of the contract in close coordination with internal departments
• Support in creating presentations and offers
• Maintaining document and contract management

Preferred Qualifications

• If possible, professional experience in a sales-related environment
• Likes affinity for legal
• Self-motivated interest in further training and development
