Requirements

  • Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in sales operations
  • Experience using a CRM system/platform (Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure objectives and initiatives are assigned and tracked to completion
  • Provide operational support to the sales team, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tools, processes, and systems
  • Monitor the compliance and reporting for maintaining CRM data
  • Monitor the activities and productivity of the inside sales team
  • Identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales platforms
