Summary

Requirements
- Rising Junior or Senior in a relevant field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision on tasks and projects
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful insights from data
- Self-driven and motivated individual capable of working independently
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Previous internship experience required to show practical application of team and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead data hygiene and integrity project for our customer and lead database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Manage and maintain Hubspot reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales, customer success, and marketing teams
- Assist in overseeing the Revenue Operations ticket queue by providing resolutions to inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales and customer success operations processes, ensuring smooth execution that aligns with business objectives
- Provide support in managing the Revenue department budget
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HubSpot is a plus
