Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required

  • Previous internship experience required to show practical application of team and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead data hygiene and integrity project for our customer and lead database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
  • Manage and maintain Hubspot reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Assist in overseeing the Revenue Operations ticket queue by providing resolutions to inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales and customer success operations processes, ensuring smooth execution that aligns with business objectives
  • Provide support in managing the Revenue department budget

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot is a plus
