Join Fullstory as a Strategy & Operations Manager and report to the Manager of Strategy & Operations, playing a key role in driving strategic planning, process improvements, and identifying growth opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance go-to-market execution, drive operational efficiency, and maximize growth. Conduct deep-dive analysis to provide strategic recommendations, support strategic planning efforts focused on post-sales retention, develop forecasting and reporting frameworks, collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, and evaluate operational processes. This remote role requires 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or a related field with a post-sales focus. The ideal candidate will have proven analytical and presentation skills, experience implementing process improvements, and familiarity with various tools. The salary range is $114,000-$125,000 USD.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or a related field with a post-sales focus
- Proven ability to analyze and present data, build reports, and drive strategic recommendations
- Experience identifying and implementing operational process improvements and scaling business practices
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Looker, BigQuery, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience influencing and collaborating with C-suite and VP-level executives
Responsibilities
- Conduct & synthesize deep-dive analysis into market opportunities, customer data, and sales trends to provide strategic recommendations, influencing decision-making across teams
- Support our strategic planning efforts, mainly focused on post-sales retention targets and customer success resource plans
- Develop robust forecasting and reporting frameworks to track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Evaluate and refine operational processes to drive team efficiency
- Implement and refine reporting and forecasting models to help Sales and CXmake better decisions
- Leverage recent internal and market trends to define our ideal customer profile
- Lead the churn and CX territory planning processes, creating a structured approach to our long-term goals
