Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CRM experience in Salesforce, and working in a revenue operations function
  • Proficiency with core sales tools (e.g. Outreach, Zoominfo, Chili Piper, Avoma)
  • Executive presence—adept at articulating complex information to executives with clarity and precision; skilled in navigating and resolving tradeoffs. Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels and audiences
  • Analytical—able to comprehensively speak to operational questions, from defining assumptions to generating actionable outputs
  • Hands-on -- experience and an interest in building from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Become the expert on our CRM and related technology stack for system administration and performance
  • Design and maintain core processes and partner with sales and operations teams while providing leadership with insights — leveraging tools such as, Salesforce, Outreach, Snowflake, and Sigma
  • Develop and drive operating rhythms, including forecasting and pipeline review
  • Help drive GTM planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives as well as help design the big picture, but roll up your sleeves to get into the detail, as we refine and execute on new initiatives
  • Build reporting that identifies risks and trends, enabling data-driven decisions
  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into our operations
  • Generate insights about performance and drivers to guide critical decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL, Python and/or other advanced analytics and BI/Dashboarding
