Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
  • Experience in developing and executing sales operations strategies for complex organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to leverage data meaningfully to drive impactful recommendations across the revenue lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of the GTM motion across all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Ability to think strategically and develop and implement innovative solutions at scale
  • Strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Expert in sales and revenue processes, including driving operational cadences, forecasting, territory definition and GTM strategy
  • Deep understanding of data, metrics, reporting and relevant GTM tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions to drive optimal outcomes for the business and customers
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and change driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and proactive support to AE teams, serving as a trusted advisor to the AE leadership team
  • Own the sales planning cycle for all verticals, including data-based recommendations, identifying and refining ICP definition for the vertical in partnership with sales leadership, territory creation, and providing meaningful input on compensation plan design and quota setting
  • Drive end-to-end performance monitoring and optimization through meaningful data, metrics, reporting, and insights across the customer lifecycle
  • Generate business insights through advanced analytics and data mining to improve the Sales GTM and facilitate fact-based decision making
  • Proactively help solve for bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle to optimize GTM performance
  • Monitor sales productivity and proactively identify and help remove friction in the selling process to improve productivity
  • Partner with enablement to ensure that the sellers across all verticals are enabled to drive optimal conversations with customers by connecting customer pain to Medely's current and future offerings
  • Serve as the connective tissue for the sales across all stakeholders (marketing, AM, ClinOps)
  • Drive operational excellence cadence for the vertical, including Forecasting and Metrics to promote repeatability and outcome-based execution
  • Work collaboratively to deploy technology and automate key processes to increase the amount of time that sellers spend with customers and partners
