You will manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating sales collateral, building client relationships, reporting on pipeline progress, and ensuring all pursuit documents are up-to-date. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, along with Salesforce experience. Requirements
- 2+ years of professional work experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations or similar
- 1+ years of experience using SalesForce
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end pipeline, including managing correspondences with prospects, proactively updating Salesforce, creating SOWs and proposal decks, leading vendor onboarding, and completing knowledge transfers to delivery teams
- Collaborate daily with Strategic Alliances, Marketing, and Practice team members at Clearsulting, as well as Coupa account executives
- Help create sales collateral to support end-to-end pursuit cycles for our Source to Pay practice
- Build relationships with prospective companies and nurture relationships at target accounts
- Report on pipeline to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with Clearsulting Client Relationships to support account expansion for strategic accounts
- Work with Business Operations to ensure all quals and other pursuit documents are up to date and inventoried
- Participate in annual Alliance Sales Kick Off (SKO)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with technology solutions like Coupa, Kyriba, BlackLine, OneStream, Workiva, etc
- Project Management and/or event planning experience
- Understanding of sales cycle
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work for our clients and internal stakeholders
- Innate curiosity, proactive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
