Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, with a strong focus on data management, sales process optimization, and sales technology tools
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales operations tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms). Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage integrations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency
  • Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions in sales processes and technology usage

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all sales data in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Regularly clean, update, and maintain the CRM to ensure data quality
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting metrics
  • Manage and review sales deals as part of the Deal Desk process, ensuring proper pricing, configurations, and contract compliance
  • Approve deals based on established guidelines and ensure all necessary documentation is in place for deal closure
  • Assist the sales team with the quote generation process, including pricing, configuration, and terms, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Work with sales reps to ensure smooth deal progression from quote to close
  • Manage sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and other sales-related paperwork
  • Ensure timely storage, retrieval, and compliance of sales documents
  • Oversee the sales tech stack, including CRM, sales enablement tools, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot issues with sales tools and platforms, providing first-tier support to the sales team
  • Monitor and ensure system adoption, working with sales reps to increase tool utilization
  • Create regular reports and insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes and implement solutions to improve workflow
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure processes are continuously optimized for better productivity and results
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, organizing sales meetings, and assisting with other ad-hoc tasks
