Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders through ERP systems and liaise with 3PL partners
  • Provide customer service support for sales orders, including resolving stock, delivery, and compliance issues
  • Manage congress (event) sales orders and follow up on delivery services
  • Conduct supply chain audits, document findings, and prepare reports for management
  • Collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions and ensure operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., DEAR Inventory) and reporting tools
