Proposals Manager

Summary

Join Suvoda, a global clinical trial technology company, as a Proposals Manager in our Sales Operations team! This remote US-based role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, and collaboration across teams. You will update and maintain pricing models, analyze historical pricing data, and compile proposal elements based on clinical protocols and RFPs. The position also involves managing change orders, reporting on progress, maintaining an RFI response library, and liaising with the Finance Department. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related proposals experience are required, along with pharmaceutical experience. Experience with eClinical technologies and CRM solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain pricing model to support proposal efforts
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for presentation to management
• Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals based on clinical protocols and in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
• Compile costs and technical elements in the development of change orders based on requirements provided by Sales Rep
• Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management
• Update, organize and maintain RFI response library to support RFI response efforts
• Coordinate and author RFI responses in accordance with RFI specifications
• Liaise with Finance Department on any pricing/billing inquiries

Preferred Qualifications

• EClinical technologies experience preferred
• Experience with CRM solutions preferred
