Summary

Join PAX, a leading global cannabis brand, as a Sales Outreach Specialist for a six-month contract. This fully remote role (US or Canada) involves contacting approximately 8,000 retail stores to promote PAX products. You will make outbound sales calls, qualify leads, manage data in a CRM, build relationships, and gather market feedback. The ideal candidate possesses proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and CRM software proficiency. Compensation includes a monthly salary plus a bonus structure for closed accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence decision-making
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Initiate calls to a database of approximately 8,000 retail stores
  • Introduce PAX products, understand store needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Effectively communicate product benefits and answer any questions from store owners/managers
  • Assess the potential of each store based on their current offerings and customer demographics
  • Identify key decision-makers within the stores and build rapport to facilitate sales
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback in our CRM system
  • Track and report on call metrics, conversion rates, and sales outcomes
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Gather insights from store owners and managers regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products
  • Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams to help refine product offerings and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus but not required
