Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or business development, preferably in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or SaaS sales
  • 3+ years’ experience in people management
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and reporting tools with the ability to grasp new technologies
  • Proven ability to track and optimize sales-related performance metrics
  • Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of all DocCafe technology and systems used by the Sales Partnership team, including CRM, phone systems, and reporting tools
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team success
  • Use data insights to drive strategic improvements in sales prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Serve as the escalation point for team members and provide support for complex client inquiries
  • Build and implement a strategic prospecting plan to generate new business and ensure team success
  • Train and coach team members on best practices, sales techniques, and system utilization
  • Continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Benefits

Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus bonuses
