Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a related field such as Business, Communication, or Sales
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), capable of comprehending subtle nuances in sales call recordings with our students in the US and the UK
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach is essential for analyzing calls and providing accurate reports
  • Tech-Savvy: Good understanding of technology, including experience with Zoom or similar platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets or other reporting tools
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently, managing repetitive tasks without losing motivation or focus
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate findings and insights effectively with the sales department and other team members

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Sales Performance: Assess inbound & outbound calls and chats, evaluating sales reps' call quality. Generate detailed reports, scoring each representative and pinpointing areas for improvement
  • Ensure Data Quality: Monitor calls, chats, and the hygiene of our CRM system. Your oversight ensures that all related sales data meet our stringent quality standards
  • Coach and Train Sales Reps: Conduct individual coaching and shadowing sessions, translating insights into performance improvements
  • Provide Actionable Insights: Analyze trends that impact sales and churn, delivering strategic insights to both management and reps. Your recommendations will shape our approach and lead to tangible results
  • Track Team Performance: Monitor sales achievements at both team and individual levels, guiding our pursuit of excellence and ensuring that we consistently reach and surpass our targets
