Join Recorded Future as a Senior Sales Productivity Tool Analyst and own the roadmap and execution for Outreach, Clari, and Gong applications. You will act as the internal product owner and subject matter expert, bridging technical and business needs. Lead user onboarding, enablement, and training programs to maximize value from the GTM tool stack. Proactively identify and solve gaps and inefficiencies in workflows. Drive tool adoption and accountability by building dashboards and KPIs. Lead troubleshooting and release management for assigned platforms. Maintain and improve process documentation and best practices. Partner with Procurement and Legal for vendor evaluations and budget alignment. Influence roadmap prioritization by aligning tool capabilities with strategic business goals. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and data analysis skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement, with direct platform ownership or administration of Outreach, Clari, and Gong
- Proven ability to translate GTM strategy into tool functionality and cross-functional workflows
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, and sales engagement best practices
- Strong experience working across teams to design data flows, reporting structures, and integrations (especially with Salesforce)
- Comfortable using data to monitor tool health, drive adoption, and identify process gaps
- Strong communicator and facilitator with a bias toward proactive collaboration and strategic alignment
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the roadmap and optimization strategy for Gong, Clari, and Outreach β from configuration to cross-platform integration, lifecycle planning, and new feature rollouts
- Act as the internal product owner and subject matter expert for each tool, bridging technical and business needs across teams
- Lead and scale user onboarding, enablement, and training programs to ensure every team maximizes value from the GTM tool stack
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for automation within workflows β and partner with Business Applications and Salesforce teams to solve them
- Drive tool adoption and accountability by building usage dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights, and surfacing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead troubleshooting, vendor escalation, and release management for assigned platforms
- Maintain and continuously improve process documentation, user guides, and best practices
- Partner with Procurement and Legal to support vendor evaluations, contract renewals, and budget alignment
- Influence roadmap prioritization across Revenue Operations by aligning tool capabilities with strategic business goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or admin-level experience in Marketo, ZoomInfo , or sales compensation platforms (e.g., SPIFF, QuotaPath)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Snaplogic
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other high-growth tech environments
- Relevant platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Outreach) preferred
