Summary

Join Headway's growing Recruiting function as a Sales/GTM Recruiter, playing a strategic role in scaling our Provider Growth team. You will partner with hiring managers, develop inclusive hiring practices, and utilize data to optimize the recruiting process. This is a full-cycle recruiting role requiring 5+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies. You'll be instrumental in Headway's continued success, contributing to a mission-critical objective. Requirements

  • 5+ years of cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled companies (either in-house or a combination of agency & in-house)
  • Function as a business partner to Sales/GTM hiring managers, providing data and market intel to drive towards effective decisions together
  • Understand the importance of an inclusive, structured hiring process that will reduce bias in Headway’s decision making
  • Be a strategic, data-driven thinker, who analyzes sourcing stats and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process
  • Be a scrappy & creative thinker who will find out-of-the box ways to source top talent
  • Be comfortable navigating through the inevitable ambiguity of a startup
  • Have relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across our Sales leadership to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close
  • Collaborate with Sourcers & Coordinators, owning full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process
  • Work with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to develop DEI sourcing strategy that aligns with our company objectives
  • Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with our People Ops, HRBP and Total Rewards teams
