Summary

Join Pavago as a proactive Sales recruiter and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for a client's team. Partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer preparation and onboarding. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and data-driven skills. Proficiency in remote recruitment tools and ATS is essential. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. This is a full-time, remote position working CST hours.

Requirements

  • 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience with ATS tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume recruitment efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on recruitment metrics
  • Proficient in remote recruitment tools and video conferencing platforms

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
  • Create and post compelling job descriptions tailored to target markets
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear evaluation summaries
  • Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding processes
  • Select, implement, and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports to improve hiring strategies
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline strength)
  • Partner with HR Managers, Regional Managers, and hiring teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals
  • Ensure timely, transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
