Summary

Join Centric Software as a Sales Recruiter for APAC (Contract) and play a key role in building world-class sales teams across the region. This remote position based in Singapore will focus on full-cycle recruiting for sales, pre-sales, and customer success roles. You will source top talent through various channels, build strong talent pipelines, and act as a strategic partner to leadership. Success in this role requires expertise in APAC hiring, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with experience in SaaS sales recruiting and a passion for building exceptional teams.

  • Be data-driven – Track metrics, optimize processes, and use insights to improve hiring strategies
  • Have experience in SaaS sales recruiting – Successfully placed Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success professionals before
  • Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across APAC and ANZ, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Source high-caliber candidates through diverse channels—job boards, referrals, industry events, and proactive headhunting
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring we always have access to the best sales and customer-facing professionals
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on hiring trends, market intelligence, and recruitment strategies
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to final offer, ensuring top talent is excited to join Centric
  • Manage ATS and recruitment tools efficiently (experience with JazzHR or Workday is a plus)
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations to secure the best talent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Japan experience
  • Speak additional APAC languages
