Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Product Adoption
- Maintain consistent, high-touch communication across calls, SMS, and in-app messages
- Deliver effective product demonstrations that meet user-specific needs
- Customize Handoff's implementation to fit each user's processes
- Address and resolve objections to facilitate successful product adoption
- Enhance Conversion and Retention
- Listen actively to understand user pain points and provide tailored solutions
- Offer continuous feedback to the product team to improve onboarding processes
- Use product insights to ensure a positive and lasting user experience
- Collaborate across teams to refine user engagement strategies
- Contribute to Process Development
- Assist in developing and updating playbooks and talk tracks to standardize sales processes
- Use insights from user interactions to enhance sales strategies
- Align with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Provide ongoing input for refining approaches to user objections and inquiries
