Join Trackman's successful sales team as a Trackman Representative, demonstrating and selling Trackman products and services in Vermont, Western Massachusetts, and Eastern New York. You will generate demand through collaboration with golf organizations, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, order administration, customer training, and providing product feedback to development teams. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of consultative sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. The role involves working from a home office with 50-75% travel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years consultative sales experience
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
  • Own car with full driver’s license
  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
  • Build and maintain relationships easily
  • Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analyze problems and provides well-thought-through solutions
  • Consider other’s views and demonstrates listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations
  • Product demonstrations to Golf Courses, Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, and other golf client segments
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
  • Proposal preparation and order administration
  • Customer training and 1st level support
  • Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
  • Development and continuous improvement of your territories sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong network in the local golf industry
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
  • Advanced computer skills, Windows 7-10 configurations (device management), Microsoft Office
