Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle a large number of outbound calls to warm leads
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and deliveries
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction
• Use selling techniques to turn potential customers into our clients
