Summary

Join our team as a communicator, translator, and strategist who thrives at the intersection of sales and product. You will translate customer needs into actionable solutions and champion our platform's capabilities. Responsibilities include leading product demonstrations, collaborating with the Product team on market feedback and roadmap priorities, coordinating with Product and Engineering on configuration requests, responding to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs, analyzing prospect data, and acting as a bridge between field feedback and internal product strategy. This role requires 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or Solutions Consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with SaaS platform demos, RFP responses, and solution design documentation is also necessary. Familiarity with FAVR or vehicle reimbursement programs is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or Solutions Consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong collaboration skills and comfortable working across Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • Experience with SaaS platform demos, RFP responses, and solution design documentation

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical and functional resource supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations, deeply aligned to buyer use cases and value drivers
  • Collaborate with the Product team to relay market feedback, inform roadmap priorities, and understand upcoming releases
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering on unique configuration requests or feasibility questions
  • Respond to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and assist in building proof-of-concept trials when needed
  • Analyze prospect data and run rates to identify trends, forecast savings/ ROI, and support sales strategies
  • Be the bridge between field feedback and internal product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with FAVR or vehicle reimbursement programs
